Return & Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of live plants and tissue cultures, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on live plant material.

Live Arrival Guarantee

We carefully inspect and package every order before shipment. Minor cosmetic damage, soil displacement, leaf loss, or temporary stress can occur during shipping and is considered normal for live plants.

If your plant arrives severely damaged or dead, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the plant and packaging. Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Approved claims may be resolved with a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the circumstances and available inventory.

Tissue Cultures

Tissue cultures are living plant material and require proper acclimation after arrival. Losses that occur during or after acclimation are not covered once the tissue culture has been opened or removed from its original container, unless the plant arrived damaged or unhealthy and was reported within the 24-hour arrival window.

Weather & Shipping Delays

Feral Tropics is not responsible for damage caused by extreme temperatures when optional weather protection is declined, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, packages left outside after delivery, or carrier delays outside our control.
