Shipping & Live Arrival Policy

Feral Tropics currently ships within the United States only.

Live plants and tissue cultures are generally shipped Monday through Wednesday to reduce the chance of packages sitting in a carrier facility over the weekend. Shipping may be delayed due to extreme temperatures, severe weather, holidays, or other conditions that could put your plants at risk.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We cannot guarantee replacement or refund for orders delayed, lost, or returned because of an incorrect address provided by the customer.

We carefully inspect and package plants and tissue cultures before shipment. Because these are living products, minor cosmetic changes during shipping—such as a yellowing leaf, small damaged leaf, condensation, or temporary stress—do not necessarily mean the plant is dead.

If your plant or tissue culture arrives dead or severely damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To make a claim, please provide your order number, clear photos of the plant or tissue culture, a photo of the packaging, and a photo of the shipping box if it was damaged.

Please do not remove a tissue culture from its sealed container before taking claim photos.

Approved claims may be resolved with a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the circumstances and available inventory.

Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, transit times are outside our direct control. If your order arrives damaged because of a shipping delay, please contact us within the 24-hour claim window so we can review the situation.

We may temporarily hold an order when temperatures or severe weather make shipping unsafe. If we believe your shipment should be delayed, we will contact you.

Tissue cultures are living plants grown under sterile laboratory conditions and require proper acclimation after removal from their sealed containers. Our live-arrival guarantee covers the condition of the tissue culture when it arrives. It does not cover losses that occur after opening or during acclimation.
